The Problem
A well known chemical manufacturer recently purchased four Global
PC65-50-160 mag drive pumps for handling caustic and demineralised water. Time was of the utmost importance to the company who needed the pump in the shortest time in order to meet a very tight, ambitious program.
The Solution
Verdermag Global were able to offer six pumps from the Global PC stainless steel series of pumps, which are made in Castleford, UK. Building the pumps from stock components, a delivery schedule of some units being delivered two weeks from order with the completion being shipped out the following week met the customer’s requirements.
The modular construction of the Global mag drive series and its subsequent high standardisation of components allows for stock to be made available across the product range. This allows quick delivery of new pumps and exceptional after sales service to be made available to all our customers without incurring the high costs that would be reflected by low stocks across a broad range of pump components.
Glandless pumping, particularly Mag drive are viewed as standard equipment by Verder so you can be sure of quick delivery times.
